Enter image description hereMy name is Mohammad Jafar Nanakar. I am an Attorney at Law, university lecturer, arbitrator, and legal advisor with more than seventeen years of professional experience in legal practice, management, and academia.

Throughout my career, I have been actively engaged in various fields of law, with a particular focus on information technology law, e-commerce law, cybersecurity, corporate governance, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing compliance, arbitration, commercial law, and intellectual property. I have also worked with companies, public institutions, financial organizations, and technology-driven enterprises, while serving as a member of the board of directors of various companies.

In addition to my legal practice, I have spent many years teaching and conducting legal research. Throughout this journey, I have sought to build meaningful connections between law, technology, and governance. My interest in technological developments and their impact on legal systems has led me to dedicate a significant part of my professional and academic work to these subjects.

I believe that the role of law in today's world extends far beyond
dispute resolution and the regulation of traditional relationships.
Legal professionals must develop a deep understanding of
technological, economic, and social transformations in order to
contribute effectively to shaping the future.
